• Remilia Scarlet’s Hell Sign “Crimson Fear” has been changed.
• Remilia Scarlet’s Fate Sign “Bloody Rhapsody” causes targets to bleed.
• Hakurei Reimu’s dice rolls have been changed.
• Hakurei Reimu’s Enchantment “Cautionary Border” has been buffed.
• Hakurei Reimu’s Divine Skill “Curse Cure” cooldown increased from 0.75?0.9, heal values buffed.
• Hong Meiling’s Strike Sign “Roc’s Fist” stun time changed from 0.75/1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5
• Hong Meiling’s innate, Willpower, has been buffed.
• Patchouli Knowledge’s Ice Sign “Winter Element” no longer damages allies.
• Patchouli Knowledge’s Five Elements “Philosopher’s Stone” attack bonus reduced.
• Kirisame Marisa’s Magical Ruin “Deep Ecological Bomb” has been buffed.

I think there's some tools you can use that instantly translate from Traditional to Simplified Chinese, but I don't know much about them since I've never had to use them. Wc3SLKOpt is supposedly one of them, but I can't say whether it works or not.

如果你只要从繁体字改成简体字有些软件可以自动完成，但是这个我不太清楚。其中一个软件应该是Wc3SLKOpt但是我从来没用过，不知道能不能用。
