Suggesting Momiji Buffs

I have play THD2 for quite long and i see momiji is quite weak hero. I will point out my opinion why she is weak.
1. her 1st skill wolf only at farming jungle early game, for harrasing lane wolf quite weak at lvl 1 and 2 and at end game it did not help much for fighting except ratting tower.The wolf vision is too small.
2. her 2nd skill only  shines when its lvl 3 and 4 since lvl 1 and 2 is quite small.Gem actually much better if u chasing invisible hero since the second skill have high cd and the hero can moving. Aya 2nd skill are much more better.
3. her 3rd skill stun are the main weapon of momiji but its have huge flaw which is its a melee range. Most hero can avoid or kill momiji before momiji can come closer to u.
4. her ulti is very weak since the scale is very low, 10% AS and MS at lvl 1 does not helping much either chasing nor running away for hero. Rumia 3rd skill are much better even its only activate at night.
5. In a clash fight, momiji needs expensive item to kill hero easily, she needs item like aya to kill easily. youmu just need a stopwatch to kill hero.

I suggest momiji needs skill buff.I have some idea on it. I hope the dev will consider it.

1st skill.
1.Wolf having hero vision range
2.Increase wolf cooldown to 60 sec all lvl (Strong wolf since benefit from buffed ultimate)

2nd skill
1. 1200 vision at all lvl but having 3/6/9/12 seconds lvl scaling
2. Increase mana used which is 75 mana at all lvl
3. Decrease cooldown at 24/18/12/64.
       4.Removed True Sight
3rd skill
1.increase cast range by 100

4th skill
1.Increase AS 30/45/60 MS 20/30/40
2.Wolf always have the abilty
