i want to ask foreigners ,are you Japanese ,Korean or American and european ?if americans and europeans,do you also know otaku ,also  watch animations and touhou mmd and so on ?

Yes it's normally called "chatting"

I'm Singaporean, but there are plenty of Americans and Europeans who watch anime and play Touhou. Lots of fan-made videos on youtube.

I'm from Canada. Watch anime for most of the day... But I enjoy it.
Usually on YouTube watching MMDs, songs, and whatever... so yeah.

They do. But they normally use IRC or MSN. Most have their own Touhou forums too. I'm at a few of them myself :)

One question, how do you play DOTS? Do you guys connect to HF platform? I found terrible network lag connecting from Australia...
