To register, go here : http://register.sdo.com/gaea/default.aspx?from=7&zone=web (you'll need a valid Chinese name and social number, but you'll find it easily)
For the client : http://ftp2.cga.com.cn/gameclient/HFSetup5.8.1.516.exe

If you have trouble running the client, try using AppLocale.

Well, once you install the client and log in, choose the 2nd tab on the left side. This should bring up a list of game. Choose the first row with "RPG", this will open up a list of rooms. Then in the search bar, type "dots" and 4 to 5 rooms will appear. I'm usually playing in the 2nd room, or -rb room, whichever has more players.
